Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
